These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Ascend Arts website.

By placing an order on our store, you fully accept these terms.

1. Store Information

Ascend Arts is an online store specializing in the sale of print-on-demand posters, prints, and decorative canvas artwork.

2. Products

The products offered are presented as accurately as possible.

However, slight color variations may occur between the display on screen and the final product due to screen settings or printing processes.

As each product is made to order, slight production differences may also exist.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency selected by the customer.

Prices may be modified at any time without notice.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order becomes final once payment has been validated.

Ascend Arts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or exceptional circumstances.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The available payment methods are those displayed during checkout.

All transactions are secured through the payment providers used by Shopify.

6. Production and Delivery

Products are made to order by our production partners.

The average production time is generally between 2 and 7 business days.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 2 to 5 business days

  • International: 10 to 30 business days

These timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

7. Returns and Replacements

The return and replacement conditions are detailed in our Return and Replacement Policy.

Products made to order cannot be returned due to a change of mind.

In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

After verification, a replacement product may be shipped free of charge.

8. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

Ascend Arts cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Ascend Arts website, including visuals, designs, text, logos, and graphic elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ascend Arts shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of products.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Force Majeure

Ascend Arts shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, transportation service interruptions, or major technical issues.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Ascend Arts reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.

The applicable terms are those in effect on the date the order is placed.
