Return and Replacement Policy

At Ascend Arts, each product is made to order specifically for your purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from the one ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:
To process your request, we may ask you for:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue encountered;
- Clear photos of the product concerned as well as the packaging.
After verification, a replacement item will be sent free of charge.
No Returns for Change of Mind
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for the following reasons:
- Change of mind;
- Customer ordering error;
- Incorrect choice of format, size or variant;
- Order placed by mistake.
Incorrect Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
Ascend Arts cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, no replacement or refund can be granted.
Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is declared lost by the carrier, please contact us at ascendsartshop@gmail.com.
After verification with the carrier and our production partner, a replacement item may be shipped at no additional cost.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer voluntarily refuses delivery of an order, no refund, replacement or credit will be granted.
