At Ascend Arts, all of our products are made to order specifically for each purchase. This allows us to ensure optimal quality while reducing overproduction.
Processing Times
All orders are generally processed and put into production within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high activity (holidays, promotions, launches, or exceptional events), these timeframes may be slightly extended.
Delivery Times
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are generally as follows:
- United States: 2 to 5 business days
- International: 10 to 30 business days
These timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it is sent to the customer by email after the order has been shipped.
Please note that tracking information may take several days to appear on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to meet the stated timeframes, Ascend Arts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers;
- Customs services;
- Weather conditions;
- Strikes;
- Periods of high activity;
- Any event beyond our control.
The timeframes provided are estimates and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.
These charges remain the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price displayed on our store.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
Ascend Arts cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No free replacement can be granted in this situation.
